Who Could Ever Cancel Such Plans?
24-27 God-of-the-Angel-Armies speaks:
“Exactly as I planned,
it will happen.
Following my blueprints,
it will take shape.
I will shatter the Assyrian who trespasses my land
and stomp him into the dirt on my mountains.
I will ban his taking and making of slaves
and lift the weight of oppression from all shoulders.”
This is the plan,
planned for the whole earth,
And this is the hand that will do it,
reaching into every nation.
God-of-the-Angel-Armies has planned it.
Who could ever cancel such plans?
His is the hand that’s reached out.
Who could brush it aside?
A while back on Face Book, I viewed a post that basically said, ‘All the forces of darkness cannot come against what God has planned for you’.
This was the unknown author’s paraphrase of Isaiah 14:27, I have posted above in the Message Translation.
All’s I knew was it touched something deep in my spirit and soul! I have been battling some amazingly challenging circumstances. My conversation with God was much, like Mary’s when the Angel told her she was to carry the Messiah, without a husband or intimacy!
Mary asked the angel ‘But how can this be, I’m a virgin?’ Luke 1: 34 GDV
Ever have that conversation with God? God has made me a visionary and given me some audacious WORDS over the years. Many of which have been repeated through different people and confirmed. Most have not come to pass. But I look at my present situation and just cannot fathom, how? Although there has been some major breakthroughs and miracles, I see some health issues, and age, as impossibilities! How can this be, Lord! Are you there yourself, now?
When I saw this scripture and dug deeper I could see that God see’s us in our completeness, and wholeness. He gives us grace for the tasks at hand, when we need it. But mostly, I am not going to miss it, because of health or age. Why? Because I have taken the promise in this verse into the very depths of my soul and am declaring it over myself. God does not speak lightly, and He has really sunk this into my spirit! Yes Lord, bring it on!
I was sharing this with some one yesterday and the Lord clearly spoke to my heart and said, ‘Share it! There are many like you, that need to hear it as well. That the enemy has placed doubts and fears into My people about their calling, and destiny. They need to have this Word highlighted to them as well. I will finish and accomplish in their lives, the visions and destinies I have imparted to them ‘
It was clear to see the enemy of our souls is planting doubt and discouragement. The Lord wants to encourage us all, that in Him, (as we are tucked in the secret place, the intimate knowledge of His love), the plans that He has for us, are ‘bulletproof’ from the darts and arrows that are thrown at us!
How do you know a lie? Well, you have to know the truth. That verse and many others are His truth. His Word says, no weapon formed against us will prosper, Isa 54:17. His Word says nothing can separate us from His love, Romans 8: 38,39. And on and on. Meditate on these things, and fear (False Evidence Appearing Real) will be far from you! I myself have a new-found boldness in Him to believe for things way above my head! But we serve an ‘out of the box’ God. It’s up to God to make it all happen, wait and see, it will come to pass! Habakkuk 2.
